1. What we store

ClinicPro sets a small number of items in your browser. Two categories, and only two.

• Strictly necessary — your authentication session, your theme (light / dark / system) and your language. Without these you cannot stay signed in and the interface cannot render in the language you chose. These are always set and cannot be switched off.
• Error and performance monitoring — Sentry, used to capture crashes and slow pages. This is optional. It is not loaded until you allow it, and you can withdraw that at any time below. Text is masked, media is blocked, session replay is disabled, and cookies, authorization headers, email addresses and IP addresses are stripped before anything is sent.

2. What we do not do

• No advertising cookies, no conversion pixels, no cross-site tracking.
• No third-party analytics product is embedded in the application.
• Fonts are served from our own origin. No request is made to Google Fonts or any other font CDN from any page.
• Patient-facing pages load no third-party resources at all. The public booking widget, client portal, kiosk, consent-form links and review links make no external requests and set nothing beyond what is needed to complete the page you are on. If you arrived here from a link your clinic sent you, nothing optional was ever loaded and there was nothing for you to consent to.

3. Regions

Where we detect that you are in the EU, the UK or Switzerland — from your browser's own time-zone setting, not from any third-party lookup service — nothing non-essential is loaded until you have made a choice. Elsewhere, monitoring starts enabled and you can turn it off here at any time. Based on your browser, we are treating you as being in that group.
